Divam Sharma
Divam co-founded Unlisted Assets in 2019, bringing deep expertise in business strategy and market development. He has spent the years since forging the institutional relationships — with brokers, wealth managers, and investment firms across India — that underpin the platform’s liquidity network.
Shubham Sharma
Shubham leads the technology and product vision at Unlisted Assets. Since co-founding the company, he has architected the platforms, tools, and data infrastructure behind its research and discovery capabilities, with a focus on bringing institutional-quality data and AI-driven intelligence to every participant in the market, regardless of scale.
Basant Handa
Basant joined as Co-Founder in 2025 to lead operations and transactions. He brings the operational rigour needed to scale the platform’s execution capability and take Unlisted Assets toward its goal of becoming India’s first fully integrated private market system.
